Five chapters from the Mid-Atlantic Region held their Spring Bible Conference with the theme: “Resurrection Realities – Living as Disciples of the Risen Savior.” The six messages covered Jesus raising a widow’s son, Jesus’ crucifixion and resurrection, and our response to Jesus’ mercy by offering ourselves as living sacrifices. Through the six messages, God taught us the power of Jesus’ cross and resurrection as well as how the reality of Jesus’ resurrection allows us to live as his forgiven people with faith and new life.
Rebekah (Washington), David (Washington), Faith (Washington), Maddy (Washington), Than (Wilmington, DE), and Matthew (GMU) shared their life testimonies, testifying to the life-changing power of risen Jesus. God also encouraged us through group Bible study on Luke 23:1–55, led by 15 Bible group leaders. Praise God for the power of Jesus’ cross and resurrection! May risen Jesus dwell in us and empower us to live out our faith in our present reality!
