BUT GOD REMEMBERED NOAH
Genesis 8:1-22
Key Verse: 8:1
But God remembered Noah and all the wild animals and the livestock that were with him in the ark, and he sent a wind over the earth, and the waters receded.
Read V1-5. What does it mean that “But God remembered Noah”? How did the waters recede? What does this suggest about God’s care for one man?
Read V6-12. When and why did Noah first send out the raven and the dove? How did the dove bring Noah hope the second time it was sent out?
Read V13- 20. When did Noah come out of the ark? How long was he in the ark? What did he do when he came out? What did God say? What was the meaning of Noah’s burnt offering?
Read V21-22. What promise did God make concerning the world and all living creatures? How is this promise an expression of God’s grace?
