His Delight is in The Law of The Lord

Psalm 1:1-6

Key verse 1:2

“But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night.”

Read verse 1.  How can we be blessed (happy) in 2009?  What kinds of things do we need to say “No” to?  

Read verse 2.  What does the blessed man delight in?  What can we do to delight in God’s words in 2009?  How can we meditate on God’s words day and night?  

Read verse 3.  What is the blessed man like?  Why do you think that whatever he does prospers?

Read verses 4-6.  What are the wicked like?  What will happen to them?  Why will the way of the wicked parish?
